Custom Air Interiors Inc. (CAI) was founded in 1995 by Ray Moreno, a veteran of the aircraft cabinetry business.  Mr. Moreno's experience with planes of all sizes, from Cessna Turboprops to Air Force I, has given CAI a flexible, Full-service position in the aircraft market-place.   Working from engineering drawings and concept drawings; dealing with thermoformed polymers and exotic wood veneers-CAI's team of expertise is clearly visible througout the manufacturing process.

Pride and attention to detail coupled with adherence to a Quality Control Manual assures customers that their requests as well as all industry demands are met.  Personal contact with customers, status reports, and project updates are all a part of the individual customer service provided by CAI.

Operating out of their 14,000 square ft. facility in San Antonio, Texas, CAI is prepared to handle one-of-a-kind custom cabinets or a large production run of identical units.  Utilizing such equipment as a CNC Router to aid in expediting parts manufacturing , no job is too large or small for the facility.

Whether constructing one unit or thirty, refurbishing existing cabinets or building new ones, each CAI product displays the quality and craftsmanship that is the mark of Custom Air Interiors.

CAI's 14,000 sq. ft. facility contains an approximately 12,000 sq. ft. manufacturing area, with the remaining space used for offices, project planning, FAA inspection, and storage of CFE.
